The conditions of joinging a group are as follows:

• You must have already registered to use Active Chat (need to register?).
• You must be the administrator for the group which the user to be deleted belongs to.

Note: In this example the groupname is called "myfriends" and the users nickname is "alex".

To delete a member you have to:

• Start a text message
  
  
• type <groupname> <deletemember< <nickname>
  
  
• send the text message to the following number: 07970700800

In this example to delete a member you have to: (see fig 1.)

• type myfriends deletemember alex
  
  
• send the text message to the following number: 07970700800

TIP: Put the active chat number into your mobile phone address book.

As an administrator of a group you are within your rights to delete members of your group.

Active Chat does not get involved in disputes between administrators and users who believe they have been deleted unfairly. We ask administrators to use common sense and act responsibly when dealing with their groups.
