To create a group is a simple and uncomplicated task that is carried out in the users account area.

Firstly the user must select the 'create a group' option:


(selectable from the main account page)

Choosing this option will take the user to the 'create a group' page. The following steps are taken to create a group:

  • The user types in the name of the group they want to create.

  • The user adds a description for the group for easy identification purposes in the future.

  • An option of whether the sender or receivers pays for the messages is selected.

  • The option of whether the group is private or public is chosen. The difference is anyone can join a public group without being invited to join, but within a private group members must have been asked or given permission to join the group by the group's creator / administrator.
